We are an educational institution that provides evidence-based instruction for pre-kindergarten through 12th grades, with a special emphasis on engagement in STEM-related activities. A new program has recently been implemented for high school students with the goal of better aligning coursework to attend an HBCU.
As advocates for children and families we conduct school-based assessments and develop curricula for preK-12 grades. We help connect state and local resources for the social and emotional wellbeing of students. We conduct statistical analysis and surveys. The founder is a published co-author of cognitive studies.
As we assist in addressing labor workforce deficiencies in our community, we can facilitate a process that provides an economical pathway for working students seeking to reduce tuition costs while considering paid employment to be a more beneficial use of time than continuing an education beyond high school.

A nationally recognized community college association revealed that over 849,000 students obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree between 2021 and 2022. In that same year, 32% were first generation college students. The data also indicated that a minimum of 610,000 students were designated as having obtained certificates. It is also noteworthy in that year, 58% of the students who were awarded degrees and certificates were women, while 42% were men.
We are most proud of our newest initiative to facilitate the transition of students from secondary to post-secondary education by aligning their coursework more closely with the requirements of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) of their choice.
We serve as a valuable resource for students also seeking apprenticeships, internships, and employment opportunities that align best with their desired industry and labor market types both Federal and Local.
